Caleb grew up in Webb City and started the company after years around residential repairs and small construction projects in the Four States area. Outside of work, he enjoys early-morning fishing trips around Southwest Missouri and working on his older pickup.
Mason has family roots in Joplin and joined the business with hands-on experience working around residential and light construction projects. He is known around the team for keeping his tools organized and spending weekends restoring old bicycles.
Tyler grew up near Carthage and brings a practical eye to project preparation, measurements, and customer communication. When he is away from work, he spends much of his time coaching his daughter's youth softball team.
