• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in spray foam insulation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Spray Foam Technician

Assist with preparation, equipment setup, spray foam application, cleanup, and maintaining an organized work area.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a small team
• Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and other job-site environments
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety and application procedures

Insulation Crew Lead

Coordinate daily field work, help prepare job sites, guide technicians, and keep projects moving according to the agreed scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in spray foam, insulation, construction, or a related hands-on trade
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to job-site details

Project Coordinator

Help organize customer information, project schedules, site details, estimates, and communication between customers and field staff.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
